Obesity And The Obvious

Yesterday we were informed that fat intake in our diets has been successfully reduced, but it hasn’t helped at all with either our waistlines or our overall health. How long have we been counting calories? Wouldn’t you think someone, ANYONE, might start to wonder that perhaps calorie counting isn’t effective? Perhaps blaming our food is counterproductive. Maybe we simply eat and drink too much and we literally need to stop shoving food in our pie holes.
